Where I’ve been and where I’m going (in a completely non-philosophical way)

January has been a hectic month – family visits, lots of behind-the-scenes working, plus I’ve been fighting off a flu-like bug that’s been of the very lingering sort. Because of that, I’m running tight on some deadlines, so I’ve decided to take a social media break for the time being. I’ll still pop on when I get a chance, but it will probably be a lot less frequent than usual.

One place I am going to be posting every day for the month of February, though, is Instagram! That’s right, I finally caved and got an Instagram account. Author Dahlia Adler posted a really fun #AuthorLifeMonth challenge on her blog, so I couldn’t resist joining in. I’m really looking forward to the challenge posts, and in the meantime I’ve been sharing stuff like this:

Which is… really blurry on the computer. So I guess if I do that again, the rule of thumb will be, “Make it bigger.”

Be sure to check in to my Instagram account starting tomorrow as I (and all the other authors!) kick off the #AuthorLifeMonth posts. And I’ll see you all once I get caught up on some of these deadlines!
