Available for a limited time: The Iamos Trilogy 10th Anniversary Edition!
After a long, long time of planning and hinting, the 10th Anniversary Special Editions of the Iamos Trilogy are available now for a limited time!
Ten years ago, my debut novel, Fourth World, the first book of the Iamos Trilogy, was published. A time travel adventure set in dual timelines on Mars—one timeline in the near future, after the planet’s been colonized by people from Earth, and the other thousands of years in the past, when ancient life existed on the Red Planet—the series was inspired by the sci-fi and fantasy series I’d loved as a kid. From classic books like A Wrinkle in Time and TV series like Star Trek (always a TOS girl!), to cult animated adventures like Galtar and the Golden Lance and Atlantis: The Lost Empire, to video game series like Final Fantasy and Mass Effect, I wanted to recreate the kinds of fantastical stories that I loved growing up for the next generation of readers to enjoy.
December 29, 2025 marked the tenth anniversary of the publication of Fourth World, and I’m celebrating in a big way. That’s why I’m so excited to present The Iamos Trilogy 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Collection, available exclusively this Pride Month, June 2026!
For this collection, I’ve pulled out all the stops to bring you a collector’s edition of the complete series that will look amazing on your shelf and bring the entire saga to new readers and established fans alike. The Deluxe Boxed Set features a premium slipcover with wrap-around art featuring our protagonists, Isaak and Nadin, passing through the time portals to enter each other’s worlds: the ancient Martian past and the sci-fi Martian future.
Inside the slipcover, each book of the Iamos Trilogy features:
- Brand-new jacket art with metallic foil elements
- Sleek case design beneath the jacket, with additional metallic foil elements
- Sprayed edges that form a unified design across the three books
- Printed endpapers showcasing concept art of series locations
- Maps of various series locations—from terraformed Mars to ancient Iamos to a not-so-distant future Earth
- A handwritten letter from the author, bound into the first book (Fourth World)
The hardcover edition of Fourth World also includes the “Book 1.5” novella, Different Worlds. The tie-in short stories “The Choice” and “Sea-Stars and Sand Dollars,” as well as two short bonus chapters (an additional scene in New World and a bonus epilogue in One World), are also included. This collection presents the entire Iamos saga in print for the first time!
There are three different versions of these collectible print editions to fit a variety of budgets: In addition to the extremely fancy Deluxe Editions, we also have a more simplified (and affordable) Special Edition Hardcover option, and an economic Anniversary Edition Paperback option!
Every person who orders one or more special edition hardcover (deluxe or standard) or paperback will also receive a six-card Character Art Card collection with original art of Isaak, Nadin, Henry, Tamara, Scylla, and Lizeth, illustrated by artist Melody Moreno. Sent separately from the books, while supplies last.
In addition to the art swag, we’ve also got a special treat for fans who love soundtracks for their books: artist RoAnna Sylver has recorded a special EP inspired by The Iamos Trilogy, featuring four original songs drawn from the series:
- “Another World:” a sci-fi theme inspired by the series
- “Blackbird”: Tamara’s ballad from Chapter 11 of Fourth World
- “None Can Stop the Sun”: an original “rebel song” written for One World, which is featured in the all-new bonus epilogue found exclusively in these special editions
- “One World”: featuring lyrics in the Iamoi language
The EP will be available for free for everyone who purchases a print or ebook edition through this campaign. Or, you can stream or purchase the EP here!
Thank you to everyone for your support of the Iamos Trilogy over the last decade! I’m so excited to share these special editions with you! Remember, this is a limited edition campaign that is only available for the month of June, so if you’re interested in grabbing a copy, be sure not to miss out!
